The BuckeyeBar is now located in the Thompson Memorial Library. The BuckeyeBar offers one-on-one technology consultation and problem solving.

Faculty, students, and staff can stop by the BuckeyeBar to chat with knowledgeable staff who can help you connect to OSU’s wireless network, diagnose a sluggish computer, address virus problems or answer questions about IT. And as always, the services are complimentary.

The IT Service Desk, including e-mail and wireless accounts, cellular phones (OSU Wireless), site-licensed software (Microsoft products sold at UniPrint), identity maintenance, classroom services support, and bill payments for OIT servicesc, will remain at 025 Central Classroom Building. Normal hours of operation will be 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday (limited services after 4:30 p.m.), 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
